Jessica Gioglio is the Director of Strategy at Sprinklr and co-author of, “The Power of Visual Storytelling: How to How to Use Visuals, Videos, and Social Media to Market Your Brand.” As the Director of Strategy at Sprinklr, Jessica works with Sprinklr’s clients and partners to harness the power of social media and digital for business transformation.
Prior to Sprinklr, Jessica lead social media for Dunkin’ Donuts, where she was credited for transforming the company’s global social media strategy. From developing innovative customer-first social media campaigns, to managing high-profile partnerships, her work resulted in numerous industry awards.
A recognized thought leader and sought after speaker, Jessica was named one of the UK’s Rising Stars in Media and Journalism by We Are The City and of the top women who rocked social media in 2013, 2014 and 2015 by TopRank Online Marketing. Jessica also frequently contributes to industry publications, such as the Convince&Convert blog.
Jessica launched her career in 2005 at Comcast, where she learned the value and power of social media customer service. Following a successful time at State Street where she managed 14 global marketing and public relations agencies, Jessica joined TripAdvisor as the company launched its social media program.
In 2016, Jessica joined Startup Stir London, an organization headquartered in Boston with global aspirations to empower a community of promising entrepreneurs. As the Startup Stir London Chapter President, Jessica aims to inspire and educate the next generation of business leaders through live events and online content from startup founders, entrepreneurs and industry innovators.
Based in London, Jessica holds a bachelor of science in marketing from Bentley University, with a minor in public relations. Outside of work, Jessica can be found cooking, playing tennis, running, spending time with friends/family and writing about her adventures on her personal blog, The SavvyBostonian.
